Job Description
Working with problematic machines (both internal & clients), debugging & resolving them fast - issues can be mechanical, electrical, electronics or software.
Should possess good written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Helping novice clients understand the technology & getting them started
Filing reports about the issues faced by customer and update the R&D team with customer feedback.
Staying up to date with current trends & competition in the industry.
Should be able to work in a multidisciplinary team and should be flexible to work on weekends, when required.
Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for easiness of the end users.
Travel to client locations when required for installation, training & support whenever required.

Requirements
Candidates MUST be from Chennai (preferably in 15 mins radius of Ambattur)
Male Candidates are preferred for this job.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or similar can apply.
Experience of 1-2 years in the field of Technical Support will be a big plus.
Freshers with good communication skills, ability to grasp things quickly and effectively can apply.
Communication is the key - Excellent Oral & written (email) communication is a must.
Being Confident adds value.
Additional Technical background adds value.
Should be able to work without monitoring.
