Who You'll Work With:
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a group of highly proficient software engineers passionate about implementing and deploying Cisco's next generation of IT infrastructure.
You will proactively engage with multi-functional and cross-organizational engineering teams and actively work with software engineers (developers and testers), product managers, privacy, security, and other partners, to understand technical dependencies, drive the costing exercise to identify level of effort (i.e. resource & time management), and develop data-driven schedules.
Who You Are :
You are a technical expert who leads and drives complex programs from start to finish. You have experience working in an agile environment, collaborating with engineering and product teams to plan requirements. You are someone who can develop timelines, identify and manage risks to the schedule, and clearly communicate with multi-functional partners across Cisco. You possess strong technical and analytical skills to analyze and discuss technical tradeoffs in product development at all levels of the organization, ranging from engineers to executive leadership.
Minimum requirements:
• Proven experience (8+ years)
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or other related field.
• 4+ Years proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, leading and delivering the most complex Technical Programs in an Agile software development environment with a focus on engineering services.
• 4+ years of guiding in the software development and implementation of engineering strategies in product development across multiple teams and products.
• End user customer/partner or developer community experience
• Expert in Agile principles/methods.
• Proven in identifying, analyzing, and resolving program issues.
• Knowledge of Java, Oracle ERP, and/or other various Software

• Coaches and mentor others on best agile practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
