- Bachelors degree, preferably in technology with exposure to instructional design will be added advantage; Masters degree and/or technical degree (e.g. CSE) a strong plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a training, learning or organizational development role at a global technology company and focused on building innovative bootcamps, learning path and programs for developing technical skills for engineering and IT talent
- Outstanding verbal and written communications, planning, organizing, attention to detail, and program management skills
