Job Description & Responsibility -
1)Experience in Diesel Engine, Sub System, 5C components.
2)Good knowledge of BS norms.
3)In depth knowledge of products, development process, Tools & technologies.
4)Knowledge to apply GD & T .
5)Knowledge of Bill of Materials (EBOM,MBOM & CADBOM)
6)Kn owledge of DFMEA & root cause analysis.
7)Knowledge of DVP & 4D Document signoff.
8)Knowledge of VC release, spare kits and modularity.
9)Vehicle layouts, vehicle technical specs & offer drawings.
10)Experience of conducting design reviews and documentations.
11)Experience & understanding of Fitment Trial Reports.
12)Experience in validation and testing follow-up.
13)Experience in benchm ark studies.
14)Conceptualize & workout detail designs.
15)Experience Project documentation.
16)PTC Creo - 3D modelling, 2D drawin gs, Assembly design.
17)Hands on Experience on PLM.
18)Basic engineering calculations
19)Basics of Automotive Systems.
Experience BE with 4 to 8 years
