Skills"\u2022 8+ years of overall experience in Finance industry out of which minimum 3 years in Axiom Controller View\n\u2022 Good understanding of axiom objects \/ functionalities - Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand's, Portfolios, Aggregations, Fee Form, Tabular Report, workflow, sign-off, freezing etc.\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of SQL, understanding of relational data modelling\n\u2022 Experience with any major relational database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, SYBASE)\n\u2022 Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting\n\u2022 Good understanding and experience in client-server applications development\n\u2022 Good understanding of OOP and design patterns h) Familiarity with Agile process"
Responsibilities"Technical Leadership:\n\u2022 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.\n\u2022 Lead by example in coding, architectural design, and best practices.\n\u2022 Reviewing the work of other developers with feedback for improvement (if applicable)\nMust ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.\n\u2022 Ensure to deliver projects on time and within budget.\n\u2022 Maintain, drive, supervise and implement good technical standards, systems and processes\n\u2022 Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge\n\u2022 Provide direction and support to ensure compliance and standards.\n\nTechnical Skill\n\u2022 Coding and Unit Testing in Axiom application.\n\u2022 Working with Business and technology stakeholders, supporting SIT, UAT and Production implementation.\n\u2022 Support the production rollout and help support team during warranty.\n\u2022 Develop application (source code) based on specifications\n\u2022 Debug\/modify the source code based on specifications\n\u2022 Provide inputs to the documentation team and review the changes in the user manuals for accuracy.\n\u2022 Performs thorough and comprehensive peer reviews on the output of other team members in a way that identifies to the maximum extent possible issues\/errors in the output.\n\u2022 Provide support during high Severity and production DR process\n\u2022 Ensure SDLC process compliance Knowledge"
