About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for an Executive- Artworks Implementation.
What You’ll Do:
Change Implementation
- User management
- Accountable for change management its implementation in CRM
- Accountable for territory management, realignment of territories based on business requirement & upkeeping of required territory templates.
- Supporting KAMs & MSLs with L1/L2 support.
Training & Adoption
- Effectively convey the benefits of CRM system
- Continue to explore ways to improve the CRM system, process and the ways of working to drive efficiency and value to end users.
Data & Insights
- Partner with analytics team & ensure correctness of CRM data in reporting tools like Power BI & Tableau.
Operations
- Support the salesforce effectiveness (SFE) operations and process.
- Maintaining geographic specific MCCP excel templates based on customer segmentation.
- Ensuring segmentation & target correctness within CRM.
About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives.
For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
- Must have significant experience in salesforce administration or Salesforce Operations.
- Graduate or Post-graduate with science/pharmacy/Medical background is preferred.
- Experience in VIVA administration is desired.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Must have significant experience insalesforce administration or Salesforce Operations.
- Good technical understanding of Salesforce.
- Quick witted, vocal and agile.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- A positive and ‘can-do’ approach, biased towards finding solutions and embracing change.
