Role Summary
Provide Line Management responsibilities of the iCRC Asset Management team, including overall management responsibilities such as ensuring sustainable integration of iCRC with the UK water business in terms of work sharing, mentorship, trainings, etc., meeting utilisation & budgeted headcount growth targets, setting performance guidelines and upskilling iCRC Clean Water and Wastewater staff members. Intent is to develop the team to be self-sustainable.
Provide supporting role to the iCRC UK Water Head of Department in the development of the team in terms of coordination and sharing best practices to support the integration of iCRC team with the UK water business considering your experience and background working as part of the Asset Management team in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Leading technical design delivery and providing technical guidance to the project team;
- Client liaison and report preparation;
- Assist in the preparation of proposals within current frameworks and the development of additional clients;
- Lead on Stakeholder engagement and identify and support in securing potential business development opportunities;
- Training and mentoring of staff within the iCRC team;
- Develop and maintain project related health and safety strategies, including risk assessments; and
- Operate in accordance with the corporate health and safety, environment and quality standards and ensure the project team comply with such standards.
- Contribute to task and resource requirements across the wider team and ensure delivery;
- Working with, and providing support to, our project management team;
- Provide line management responsibilities, supporting recruitment activities;
- Raise the profile of the company through attendance and presentations at technical and commercial conferences, preparation of papers and press releases; and
- Work may require travel to the UK visiting offices and project sites
