About the department
Finance GBS Bangalore was established in 2007, is currently responsible for supporting Accounting, Finance & Procurement, Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis for Head Quarters, region Europe, North America, International Operations & GBS Bangalore. The main purpose of our existence is to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to the processes in terms of standardisation and efficiency.
The position
As a Team lead, you will develop a team to drive continuous development of low-code automation solutions to comply with the Digital Excellence strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and executing projects and also to lead a team and manage the team by hiring the right talent and develop the internal talent as well to further collaborate with business. Along with these, you will also be responsible for below mentioned responsibilities :
- Assessing automation opportunities and translating them back to developers by collaborating with business subject matter experts to assess business processes identified for automation.
- Assessing change requests and feasibility of implementation and developing requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for identified automation solutions.
- Supporting manager in driving automation program within Finance GBS by establishing and managing the knowledge base for Automation and other digitalisation projects.
- Coordinating with Global IT – SAP team and Intelligent Automation CoE team for creation and maintenance of BOTs and supporting the automation head in to manage accesses, RPA licenses and BOT credentials.
- Touch point with RPA Service support for all the technical issue handling and exploring and driving POCs within RPA area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years of experience or master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in digital projects, RPA or application development.
- Experience in leading a project team.
