Job Title: Team Leader - Loans Voice Process
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee our Loans Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of loan products and processes, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Loans Voice Process Executives, ensuring that they meet the company's standards for customer service, efficiency, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Loans Voice Process Executives to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
- Performance Monitoring and Coaching:
- Monitor team performance on a daily basis, identifying areas of improvement and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
- Implement performance improvement plans and conduct regular performance appraisals.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction within the Voice Process.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance with external regulations and standards.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure that the team provides exceptional service to customers, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle escalated customer complaints or inquiries as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze reports on team performance, customer feedback, and process efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve knowledge, skills, and performance of team members.
- Mentor and develop team members for career advancement within the organization.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all activities of the team comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor calls for quality assurance, providing feedback and coaching to maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a Loans Voice Process or similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of loan products, processing, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions.
Qualifications:
- High School or anyBachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Voice Process environment, with a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role.
