Team Leader - Reservations

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. TheTeam Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager and Revenue Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience as Guest Service Officer - Reservations or Reservation Associate or as Team Leader in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
