Job Responsibilities
- Will be responsible to support and track process migration IT standpoint
- Manage IT enablement as per business requirement (IT Infra/application readiness etc.).
- Manage server infra (Servers, Virtualization, Storage concepts etc.)
- Will be working on files shares and O365(One drive, share point, office suites etc.)
- Responsible to troubleshoot infra (server, VDI etc) and application related issues.
- Will be responsible for creating dash boards and report out as per business requirement.
- Will be responsible to work with respective vendors towards resolution of issues coming in migrations.
- Partnership with enterprise team for the technologies used in India region.
- Coordination with respective stakeholders for various IT related requirements.
Education
- Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a Graduate. (BE/B. Tech will be preferred).
Experience
- ~ 3 years of experience on IT support around migrations
- Well versed with different IT infrastructure, associated OS, technical troubleshooting
- Good in liaison with stakeholders, vendors
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Should have experience of IT infrastructure
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Network connectivity. E.g. MPLS, internet, VPN etc.
- Voice and telephony Infra. E.g. Avaya, Cisco, Nice
- Should have good communication skills
- Understanding of people management
- Self-motivated, well organized, and flexible with a sense of urgency approach
- Adaptability to change
- Self-disciplined and result oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions to business problems
- Must be flexible to US Daytime work hours.
- Should be capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

- MCSE
