What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for a Team Lead - Technical Content.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation in easy-to-understand and simple language
- Create user guides, integration guides, API documentation, microcopies, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts and more for multiple releases of one or more products
- Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and independently gather information from subject matter experts
- Work better on deadlines
- Lead a team of writers to deliver the work on time
Requirements:
- 8- 12 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer
- Experience leading a team of multiple technical writers
- Experience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Intellectually curious and learner for life
