Job Description
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top quality candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on recruitment activities.
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Identify skill gaps and training needs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other development initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide updates on learning initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and learning & development roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing effective learning programs and development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HRIS and other relevant tools.
