Job description
1. Job Analysis and Description
- Work with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of blue-collar positions.
- Develop detailed job descriptions outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and physical requirements.
2. Sourcing and Outreach
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, such as job boards, local employment centers, and community outreach programs.
- Attend job fairs and networking events to connect with potential candidates.
3. Screening and Shortlisting
- Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess basic qualifications, work experience, and availability.
4. Interview Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensure that the. interview process is efficient and aligned with the needs of blue-collar positions.
5. Skills Assessment
- Administer skills assessments or coordinate practical tests to evaluate candidates\" technical and practical abilities.
- Assess candidates for physical fitness and the ability to perform job-related tasks.
6. Reference Checks
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidates\" work history, reliability, and performance in previous roles.
7. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each candidate.
8. Offer and Onboarding
- Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as needed.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
9. Retention Strategies
- Collaborate with HR and management to implement strategies that enhance retention of blue-collar employees.
- Address issues related to turnover and employee satisfaction.
10. Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local community organizations, vocational schools, and training centers to enhance the recruitment pipeline.
- Participate in community outreach activities to promote job opportunities.

Salary: 898,423.07 - 1,336,961.42 per year
