ROLE:
- Strategize, plan, define and streamline a process to address the staffing requirements that falls within the scope of work.
- E2E ownership and accountability of recruitment process - from sourcing till resource joining.
- Individually contribute to the recruitment numbers - Commit on certain positions to fulfill after assessing the demands.
- Manage a team of 2 members (or more), Oversee and enable their growth in terms of performance.
- Partnership with Vendors: Establish new vendor relationships, nurture existing relationships and ensure to extract maximum benefit out of the vendor partnerships.
- Work closely with the Central QE recruitment and ensure that organizational policies and processes are adhered.
- Responsible for maintaining MIS and reporting within the areas in scope.
- Bring market insights on skill availability, Costs etc and highlight key risks to cluster leadership that will help them take critical decisions.
The main KRAs will be:
- Understanding the opportunities and talent requirements and ensure that profiles are shared with the TAT for Staffing opportunities (24 Hrs. to 48 Hrs. depending on the skills)
- Creating a healthy pipeline for every opportunity: 3X (to manage the risk of rejections, no show, not joining and BGV red)
- Ensuring 100% Participation on all QE Staffing requirements
- Improve profile conversion % using quality screening methodologies and best practices
- Engagement with the Panelists (with support from TP) and ensure 100% panel availability for quick hiring
- Evaluate the vendor partners by having structured governance with them. Publish vendors' performance metrics frequently and provide recommendations
Mandatory:
- 8 to 11 years of relevant experience (IT Recruitment - Specific to QE / Application Development) and overall not more than 15 years of experience.
- Should have hands-on sourcing experience (Specific to staffing assignments is mandatory).
- Should be willing to contribute individually and manage the team.
- Demonstrate ability to independently engage with business leaders, delivery leaders and account managers in understanding staffing opportunities and fulfilling the same.
- Experience in handling vendor partners and help close immediate staffing positions by engaging with them frequently.
- Reasonably tech aware in terms of new developments in IT Space, especially QE (Banking Domain)
- Open to short and frequent travel (For recruitment drives).
