Job Description
  • Responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function for a large business unit (CXG & Inside Sales)
  • Explore, ideate and co-create robust TA strategy for the function
  • Lead a team of 2-4 recruiters (staff & contractors) and ensure 100% timely hiring delivery every quarter; build the recruiting strategy considering strategic workforce plan, tied with a strong recruitment delivery plan to meet the growing business needs
  • Drive/elevate sourcing capability to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available channels to expedite the recruitment of bar raising professionals
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future talent needs, set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
  • Owns end-to-end recruitment process with BU leaders/Hiring Manager right from board approval of headcount & initiate hiring process till onboarding
  • Works closely with CXG leadership team and HR COE team members to ensure best in class experience through all aspects of the recruitment process
  • Leverage TA Dashboards and report out leading metrics form time to time
  • Build, engage and develop a high performing team in an extremely fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Lead and participate in projects related to Talent Acquisition and other relevant focus areas in HR
  • Steers Employer Branding Events and contribute to establish Freshworks as the employer of choice in the segment 

Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Post graduate degree preferably in HR/business management
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in TA; at least 5 years as people manager/lead 
  • Rich exposure to SaaS/technology industry, experience in GTM/CXG hiring is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and deliver through ambiguity
  • Resilience and people centric approach is critical
  • Hands-on with different ATS and other TA tools in the market
