Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent (Non IT / IT).
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in content Hiring and Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruiting processes and improve the candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on content hiring for media and broadcasting agencies.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for content-related roles, such as writers, editors, producers, and directors.
- Strong understanding of the media and broadcasting industry, including current trends and key players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
