2-3 years of Technical Recruitment like Java, dot net Core / Full-stack, Azure DFT (mandatory)
At least 4-5 years in any kind of Technology / Technical Recruitment (Mandatory)
Clear/solid experience with IT Skills identification and understanding (Mandatory)
Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Upwork (Desired)
Other social media recruitment (Desired)

Ready to work under tight deadlines.

You will participate in everyday standups, update on your daily task progress, highlight risks and suggest mitigation plans.
You will work with team members in India and in the US/Canada
You will do recruitment related to IT employees.
You will participate in discussions on Recruitment plans, resources requirements and recruitment strategy.
