- Experience - 10 - 12 years
- Salary Package - 8 - 10 LPA
- Experience with full-life cycle recruiting and interviewing
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing an employer branding and recruitment strategy
- Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
- Deep knowledge of the recruitment landscape and innovative recruitment methodologies
- Experience with Talent Management tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in manufacturing or the steel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
