Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycle for Engineering, Manufacturing, Automobile & IT (Information technology) with the contributions in Employee relations and compensation and benefits
- Understanding the requirements thoroughly, and successfully recruiting professionals for the same within a time frame.
- Clients Relations and Delivery – encompasses successfully delivering on client requirements as per their needs, consulting with the client on various factors, and presenting validated candidates relevant to them.
- Key Account Management - developing certain existent clients into key clients which contribute month on month revenue to our vertical.
- Carry out Business Development activities to add to existing client portfolio.
- To develop and nurture the team and establish the operations at Baroda Center.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate (Fresher can also apply)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with senior management independently.
- Advanced computer skills including proficiency in excel, word, Mail Draft & online research
