Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the internal recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of
2. Working on effective resource management
3. Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional associations, to source and attract qualified candidates
4. Conducting thorough screenings to assess candidates and identify and assess their skills, experience, and cultural fitment and make recommendations to hiring managers
5. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
6. Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to management
7. Developing and implementation of our recruiting strategies and processes
