Job Description
- End to end recruitment - sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, documentation, offer and onboarding.
- Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms.
- Screen applications as per the requirement and shortlist profiles.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
- Sharing and coordination of assignments and aptitude test rounds.
- Documentation and conducting reference checks.
- Negotiating and sharing offer letters.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees.
- Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive.
- Conducting employee engagement activities to ensure high levels of motivation,commitment and satisfaction.
