Required Skills:
- 18 + yrs experience in TAG managing TAG teams of +25 ppl composed of all levels of recruiters and also 1 or 2 TAG Managers.
- To be able to detail (factual examples) on TAG traditional indicators like speed of recruitment, lead time to hire and lead time to sign, compliancy of salary baseline.
- Exposure to sourcing strategy for niched skills (naming the main strategies per given situations he/she has experienced)
- Management of TAG service through an ATS.
- Should have experience into Engineering Services (Aerospace, Automotive, etc.,)
