Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Review and screen incoming resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates for further evaluation.
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all stakeholders.
Update and maintain the applicant tracking system; with accurate candidate information.
Assist in preparing and sending offer letters and employment contracts to successful candidates.
Help in creating and updating job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
