Sustainability Solutions Lead

What this job involves?
We are currently building a new team of Sustainability Solutions Leads to drive our end-to-end Sustainability Solutions in real estate across the Asia Pacific region.
You will be directly responsible for supporting the growth of our Sustainability Services division through daily client interaction, internal and external thought leadership discussions, strategic business development efforts and more. You will be expected to support the team’s annual revenue targets and be fully immersed with our te am of experts delivering Environment Social and Governance Strategies and Project-Delivery assignments for Fortune 500 clients around the globe to enable you to understand every step of our process and how we respond holistically to clients needs.
You are accountable, collaborative, a self-starter, and demonstrate enthusiasm. You are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the needs of the team regarding market trends, research, client support. Your interest in sustainability in the built environment will be evident in your commitment to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
What this job involves
Grow the business – Develop growth strategies and process improvement opportunities by working closely with the full sustainability team. Identify key sub-markets, industries, prospects and opportunities to achieve annual growth targets. Maintain accurate sales pipeline (Salesforce). Drive awareness and uptake internally and externally on Sustainability Services strategies, plans, campaigns, and product launches, interface & collaborate with Sustainability Services delivery teams to create winning product & service strategies that deliver high value customer outcomes, strong customer satisfaction, repeat business, and strong financial results.
Be a sustainability expert – Provide subject matter expertise for all client sustainability needs, demonstrate a practical understanding of emerging trends for both occupiers and investors, including evolving focus areas such as net zero, ESG disclosures and strategy development. Participate in industry forums as a thought leader and expert.
Shape Sustainability Solutions - Use feedback from client and business line engagement to identify and right-size new Sustainability Solutions, collaborating with other JLL divisions and third-party specialists as required
Support the Sales Process – Proactively pursue growth opportunities with JLL teams. Enable and collaborate with sales teams across the sales cycle provisioning capability, content, and proposal documentation to accelerate lead qualification and conversion.
Maintain optimal client relationships – Lead and manage client initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop, and enhance client relationships
Speak on behalf of our team’s top talent – Ensure differentiation of our solutions to attract and retain key clients, position the business favorably against industry competitors to drive strong brand awareness and value proposition in the market
Share expertise - Serve as a recognizable industry resource, become an active member of regional and national sustainability communities, participate in relevant organization initiatives serving as a valuable contributor and ambassador for the division
Be a team player - Coordinate with and support the division and wider firm; make a material contribution to the success of the business. Inspire stakeholders by acting as a role model and by supporting skills and learning development
Embodying JLL ethics – Understand the organizations behavioral, moral, ethical and compliance standards and requirements, adhere to and demonstrate highest regard in all situations when interacting with customers, clients, and colleagues.
Sound like you? Here are the skills we are looking for:
7-10 years of progressive business development and/or consulting experience in Sustainability/ESG.
Ability to excel in a highly matrixed corporate environment and manage multiple stakeholder environments successfully.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in an engineering or business-related field of study, or equivalent work experience
Travel may required based on business needs
