The position
As an Associate Manager - Sustainability Strategy & Reporting, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Lead the team responsible for driving Sustainability Strategy & Reporting activities in the Corporate Accounting, International Operations, and Product Supply teams.
  • Partner with different functions of the organization to develop strategic insights and internal capabilities to drive sustainability ambition.
  • Collaborate across organizational boundaries to ensure the integration of sustainability goals and initiatives.
  • Manage and develop a talented team, fostering continuous innovation and optimizing productivity.
  • Bring external perspective and integrate new tools to enhance sustainability and GBS approaches.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
  • Master’s degree within sustainability, life sciences, business administration, or social sciences.
  • At least six years of experience working in a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, or other relevant corporate setting.
  • People management experience, exhibiting competencies in sustainability Strategy & Reporting, leadership, planning & organization, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to understand and interpret complex ESG topics.
  • Proficiency in English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Collaborative and energized by teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a compelling and easily digestible manner.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
