JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead, who will be responsible for all business delivery & performance as per set SLA parameters. The incumbent will report to Associate Manager – Business operations and must understand the business delivery, maintain & publish metrics with multiple stakeholders; brief and deliver all in-house process delivery & requirements, apart from coordinating with onshore partners as and when required.

JOB LOCATION: Bangalore - Manyata

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Team Lead – Claims(Business Operations) will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting stakeholders with the Assistant Manager - Communications to understand project requirements and coming up with a design brief that matches the business need
  • Work with the communications team and business to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
  • Visualization and design of mailers, campaigns, presentations, posters, reports, brochures, logos, online newsletters, html mailers, flash animation, videos and other branding and communication materials
  • Act as the custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring all guidelines, style guides, and template used are correct and aligned
  • Providing quality control over own work
  • Responsibility to deliver projects against tight deadlines
  • Create internal as well as external (social/digital) designs for business/leader updates/stories
  • Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
  • Create and implement monthly deadlines, project goals, expectations and workflows to ensure a smooth production process with on-time delivery

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in fine arts/ design
  • Non-BTech preferably

EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of overall experience including extra-ordinary internal personal skills, communication skills
  • Minimum 2+ yrs experience in people manager’s role on rolls
  • Healthcare / Claims Experience will be added advantage

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Responsible for serving as the operations point of contact in for day to day operations, including but not limited to, facilitating issue resolution, meeting goals and targets Primary duties may include, but are not limited to
  • TL should be able to analyze inventory and plan and deploy work force accordingly
  • Should track and report performance data to leaders and counter partners from onshore
  • Manage new hire associates and plan for their training and refresher training as needed
  • Excellent Data management and Data presentation skills(MS Office – Minimum)
  • Should be able to manage and track aspiration of team and help them develop
  • Conduct one on one on monthly basis and provide performance data
  • Push for innovation and enhancements
  • Attend onshore/offshore with different business partners and share /deliver findings /asks.
