StrideOne, a distinguished leader in the field, invites you to step up as an EV Business Development Specialist, bringing 5 to 10 years of dedicated expertise to the table. Primary Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead product development initiatives tailored for the EV sector.
2. Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring their requirements are addressed, expectations are consistently met, and identifying potential B2B leads within the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry.
3. Implement strategic approaches to cultivate interest and transform leads into tangible business prospects.
4. Engage with clients to ascertain their distinct financing and Value-Added Service (VAS) needs.
5. Monitor and stay abreast of industry developments, competitor strategies, and market shifts in the EV domain to pinpoint potential avenues and challenges.
6. Proactively collaborate with Logistics players, E-commerce Companies, Large Corporations, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Dealers, Fintech entities, and other key stakeholders to foster synergistic partnerships.
Who we are looking for:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
2. A master's degree in the related field is preferred.
3. 5+ years of experience and proven track record in B2B Business Development, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
4. Experience with commercial vehicles is a must.
5. Proficient in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while adeptly building and maintaining relationships, with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
6. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable engagement with diverse stakeholders and facilitate strong presentation abilities to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive business objectives.
