Responsibility
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities for new Business Development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Hardcore sales of technical services.
Requirements - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager or relevant role.
- Strong understanding and command over domain subject matter.
- Excellent skill in computer operation.
- Market Knowledge.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Top presentation skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to talk with customer for explaining and interpretation of scientific/regulatory facts related to product/service/protocols, processes and regulation.
- Understanding of costing fundamentals to be able to prepare quotation/protocols/tender filling financially sound.
- Multitask, practicing and time managing efficiency.
- Persuasive and Goal oriented
