Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our Accessories department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in managing a diverse team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the accessories section, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Store Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the accessories section, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Customer Service:
- Ensure that customers receive prompt assistance and personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Product Knowledge:

- Provide product knowledge training to staff members and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management, with a focus on accessories or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
