Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day store operations.Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.Monitor and maintain quality standards.Manage inventory and order supplies.Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.Control operating costs and handle financial transactions.Oversee equipment maintenance and compliance with regulations.Generate regular reports on store performance.Cash Handling
Qualifications:
Previous experience in laundry and dry-cleaning.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning processes.Basic financial and inventory management skills.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.Additional business management training is a plus.
Location - Madhapur/ KondapurSalary - 1.8 to 2.5 LPA
