Job description

You will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
    Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers.
    Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
    Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
    Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
    Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team.
    Stay knowledgeable about product features, promotions, and store policies.
    Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and foster a positive working environment.


Requirements


  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
