Store should be opened on time and should be clean and well maintained

Should talk to the team everyday target vs achievement, backlog, product wise

Should give everyday stock report with IMEI nos with ageing to all staff & promoters

Should give every week non-moving stock report to all staff& promoters with a deadline to liquidate.

Should file all bank deposit challan and charge slip

Should maintain inward stock register in separate file.
