- Maintain and constantly review client service standards

- Team Management
- Team Grievance Handling, Performance Review of Staff, Monthly/Weekly meetings
- Motivate the Team to do upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure Salon Hygiene, Cleanliness & Maintenance
Requirements
Min Graduation.
Prior experience in restaurants/retail/salons as a manager.
Good communication, team handling skills.
