Coordinate with GSSO Leadership, GPM organization, Corporate Global Functional Leads, regional leaders & in-country divisional leaders to continue to plan, structure, grow and lead a multi-billion euro, multi-functional, shared services operation, beginning with Finance in India for India. Potentially expand reg/globalAssist GSSO Leadership with strategy development and roll-in of services based on the strategyReview process performance per functional and customer stream & optimize with GPMsCoordinate with HR the hiring and development of a best in class SSC teamSelect and develop the mgmt. team, restructuring as required, including succession planningProactively build customer relations including change management and issue resolutionInteract with Corporate, Global Functional, Regional, Divisional & Plant/Site Executives/LeadershipInteract with ZF Tax and local government for investment incentivesCreate a control oriented culture, ensuring compliance with all internal controls (ICS), company policies and legal and ethical standards. Immediately report any deficiencies (escalating as appropriate) and ensure corrective actions are enacted.Deliver committed financial results while maintaining a controlled environment.Work with Internal and External Audit to ensure ICS/controls and processes are robust.Scope: AP, AR, GL, FA, T&E, Payroll (to be discussed with HR), MM Support team (to be discussed with MM)Request
15+ years of relevant Shared Service center experience with professional qualification of either a chartered accountant or cost accountantExtensive SSC experience (preferred). GBS/SSC Certification a plus.Must have ability to establish service centers, proven excellence for growing teams and working in a global set up.Executive Presence and excellent interpersonal skills including communication, negotiation, persuasion/influence, emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and teamwork. Able to sell market GSSO/SSC concept/services.Strong management and leadership skills (Highly Ethical). Able to build/dev. strong team, nurture talent, with a vision to grow teams within Region and for GlobalPossess strong automation / digitalization acumen for streamlining processesStrategic thinker, able to develop strategies to accomplish goals and to learn new skills.Creativity and independent thinking to resolve issues with limited resources, short deadlines, high visibility and multi-million-euro impact.Cross-functional process knowledge (e.g., HR, Accounting, Purchasing, IT, functions connected with the surrounded ECO systems …)Strong - able to enforce unpopular policies, legal requirements, etcetera.
