You will be a key member of the Digital Product Management team that is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering the online customer experience and marketing data innovations that drive Williams-Sonoma Inc.'s industry leading digital business. You'll be working with amazing peers, cutting edge technologies and deep resources to help push the boundaries of digital innovation.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop business requirements and detailed JIRA user stories related to analytics and tracking of website features and functionality.
- Work as part of the analytics and tagging scrum team, and participate in Agile activities and meetings (standups, grooming, planning)
- Augment, support, and troubleshoot feeds to and from Adobe Analytics platform. Work closely with cross-functional partners on feed configuration requirements and deployment needs.
- Support administration of the Adobe Analytics toolset, including variable allocation and configuration, data classifications, and user administration.
- Assist with post-release validations and auditing of tags and reports for stability. Create and run validation dashboards for critical releases.
- Configure and monitor alerts for breakage. Triage, research, and document tracking bugs in JIRA and Confluence as needed.
- Support QA automation initiatives and build related roadmap to expand automation coverage.
- Consult with product management, marketing, product analytics, and business teams on analytics and tagging, as needed
- Assist with initiatives related to improving the analytics foundation and related toolsets.
- Coordinate with marketing stakeholders and vendors on requirements clarifications and deployment of vendor pixels.
- Join vendor calls and coordinate support and troubleshooting related to analytics toolsets.
- Document tracking initiatives and tagging behavior in Confluence to facilitate understanding and usage by cross-functional teams.
- Support ad hoc questions from analytics and reporting stakeholders regarding performance reporting, variable logic, or tagging coverage.

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in technology organizations.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud/Platform toolset, (Target, Analytics, CJA, AEP, RTCDP) including working on tracking requirements and coordinating tagging implementation.
- Experience with instrumentation of marketing and vendor 3rd party pixels
- Experience with analytics design and data capture strategies for iOS native applications
- Advanced knowledge in web analytics data fundamentals and website measurement strategy.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, and with JIRA and Confluence toolsets.
- Experience with or exposure to a tag management system and digital data layer as foundational pieces to an analytics program.
- Ideally you have experience in multi-channel retail or e-commerce (not a must).
- You have impeccable communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, familiarity with services model solutions, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with stakeholders
- You have a point-of-view on how technology teams should engage to iteratively and efficiently deliver value for the customer (ideally with Agile methodologies).
- You care about the quality of your work and that is evident in all that you do.

- You have a Bachelor's degree or more in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of related education, training and experience will be considered -- we care more about your work experience than what you did in college.
