Your role:
- An operations Manager is responsible for managing/driving the Service lifecycle Programs and Initiatives from an End-to-End view and with an enterprise mindset to ensure the Service performance level, Service Demand Management of Material & labour Utilization through the customer lifecycle, and Service Inventory Management. This includes developing, maintaining, and facilitating the necessary efficiency and efficacy of Processes and controls used from the design, deployment, deliverables, standards creation, and maintenance phases of the lifecycle.
- The Operations manager is also responsible for establishing or facilitating operations, and the necessary comprehensive reporting that will support Business Unit (BU). In addition to creating, learning out and automating some of the services including parts logistics, and participating in Philips Healthcare NPI project initiatives.
- Development/improvement of Programs on processes for engagement with key contributors (e.g., BIUs/BGs, Quality & Regulatory (Q&R), Reconciliation Team, BPE, R&D, etc., as well as escalation processes that ensure execution of lifecycle decisions meets targeted and approved processes) including compliance related project participation like EU MDR
- Focus on Productivity improvement and creating strategies to drive labour and material cost down and increase productivity through Strategic intervention for material excess stock, preventing excess stock, availability challenges, optimising way of work on the consumption of parts and labour, maintenance of data (SBOM, ownership or asset to maintain the entitlements levels), End of Life -EOL, New product Introduction - NPI and End of production-EOP.
- Chair the weekly Control, daily management, Practical problem solving and performance review meeting.
- Create and distribute project implementation status reports.
- Initiate and drive improvement projects to lean out / Kaizen events where applicable to create standard or structural performance control, improvement, and review structure.
- Organizes and conducts regular periodic sync/handshake meetings with BU/Key Market representatives to maintain awareness of Service Margins and Margin improvement opportunities etc.
- Participate and address CRM requirements in the Service Max project.
- Participate in lifecycle project teams and advise R&D if necessary (request and design phase).
- Work with Finance and Accounting F&A business partners to keep the cost-optimal to meet the agreed AOP target (yearly budget)
- Create the necessary reports/evidence for performance improvement and Analytics data-driven improvements.

- Experience- 15+ years of Industry experience specifically in Service Inventory, Program Mangement on Material LCM, Financial.
- Skills- Stakeholder Management, Finance management, Service Inventory management on operation site, Language complier, Dynamic person works with cross functional team.
- Education - Bachelor's engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Anything else- Having Healthcare/MedTech industry experience would be added advantage.
