Sr. Associate, Events & Business Operations

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, and analytical candidate with a strong ability to solve problems and simplify processes and execute seamless events.
As part of this role, the candidate will program manage mini events, HVEs and drive execution for the inputs (incl. deals, merchandising wireframe inputs, node updates, bank partnerships, waivers, COOP/ brand stories).
Key job responsibilities
1. Program manages mini events, HVEs incl. daily reporting on deal depth, waiver efficiency, bank partnership performance, merchandising inputs
2. Delivers on multiple deadlines and priorities compulsively as a self-directed individual, comfortable with a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
3. Responsible to manage tactical planning and drive execution of assigned tasks
4. Retrieve and analyze data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data management systems
5. Monitor project execution and ensure that the project delivery is to the appropriate levels of quality and in line with its target date
