What would you do? You will be aligned with our Sales Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining Sales outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations provides an end-to-end, integrated, seamless solution across marketing, sales and service. The solutions enable clients to drive sustainable growth by enhancing their capabilities to deliver consistent, hyper-relevant experiences across the customer lifecycle. The team helps assess, design, build and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. This may include the integration of components across solution areas or credentials to ensure consistent messaging, and compliance with editorial and document creation standards. In Customer Master Data Management you will be responsible for processes, governance, policies, standards and tools that consistently define and manage the critical data of an organization to provide a single point of reference.
What are we looking for? •Analytical and detail-oriented individual responsible for analysing data and generating reports to help stakeholders make informed business decisions. Work closely with various departments within to gather data, interpret it, and communicate insights that drive action •Report compliance of sales management SOPs (E.g. Steps of Call, Execution of Daily Reviews & OJTs, Adherence of Training Calendar / other sales priorities •Sales reporting and analytics •Field force planning, deployment and sales management •Reporting exposure in FMCG/CPG Industry •Target Setting •Platform Experience: Siebel and Service now (would be an added advantage)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and other visualizations that provide insights into the company's operations and performance. • Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns and provide recommendations for improvements. • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in reporting and analytics. • May provide functional guidance and application of process guidelines to internal constituents as needed.Any Graduation
