Responsibilities
- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
- Drive revenue by converting inbound calls to long term satisfied customers.
- Communicating with qualified inbound prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles.
- Understanding and promoting the company's products and services.
- Work with the company's software to log customer interactions and maintain customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to develop strategies for attracting and converting leads.
- Working closely with the customer service department to deliver excellent customer service.
- Meeting sales goals - monthly sales goals, activity goals, etc and track and report on key performance metrics.
