Role: Specialist Finance
Reports into: Senior Manager Finance
Job Responsibility:
- Review monthly salary register and process the payout.
- Review employee F&F and process the payout
- Ensure timely payout of monthly/quarterly/annual statutory dues (PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional tax etc.)
- Monthly TDS reconciliation for salary register and report to tax department and ensure correct deduction of TDS, Support in accurate preparation & timely filing of 24Q.
- Liaison with HR Operations team for any notice/demand received from Govt. departments (if any).
- Payroll cost accounting including actuals / provisions, review trial balance for respective codes and sign off.
- Maintaining month end compliances-payables/advances/query, reconciliations, Balance sheet schedule etc.
- Annual report on statutory bonus (Form A, B, C, D).
- Release Dashboards /exceptions reports/ performance score cards.
- Regular connects with employees
- Should be able to perform independently / with minimum supervision
- Well versed with Oracle AP, General Ledger will be additional advantage.
- Actively participate in process improvements and value add to the existing process
- Coordinate for data/queries related to Statutory Audit / internal Audit / ICOFR Audit
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/post-graduate/ MBA
- 5-8 years of experience in payroll finance
- Good Inter-personal Skill
- Effective Communication (Verbal/Written Skills)
- Oracle
- Good excel, Presentation skills
