Summary:
This position is responsible for the Learning & Development, Onboarding, Offboarding, and employee engagement of Associates at GBS, Gurugram
Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Employment Law or Organizational Development (or equivalent) is required.MBA HR (preferred)
- Min. 5 years of experience in L&D, training, engagement, onboarding, and offboarding HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Designing annual learning and development calendar by identifying the training needs. Collaborating with various global and local managers to execute the same.
- Facilitate workshops and learning programs for all associates and adhere to the annual learning and development calendar. These include training on our standard people-related processes such as HPM, DSP and IDPs.
- Managing LMS activities including but not limited to assigning various training assignments to associates, resolving
- LMS related queries. This includes ensuring that Associates are assigned the correct global curricula for their function.
- Conducting feedback surveys to know the efficacy of the Programs and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Continuous monitoring of LMS training completion compliance for GBSI.
- Actively liaise with corporate Talent Management Group on company-wide programs and initiatives.
