Job Purpose
The role of Fleet Management will be responsible for handling operation for the motorcycle fleet for Public Relations & Corp Comm, manage operation level activities and documentation, monthly reporting and other activities for ensuring our fleet operations properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating for entire motorcycle fleet for Global Brand
- Coordination across regions for fleet maintenance, upkeep, transfer of ownership
- Handle new motorcycle registration, insurance, RTO registrations and processes, freight management
- Tracker and record all media and influencer motorcycle fleet and vehicles
- Handle and manage Transfer and arrangements for all events and launches in terms of Fleet Management, coordination with different teams for managing activities
- Responsible for Logistics support for rides and events
- Handle documentation, maintain and upkeep of folders, documents; Manager SAP - PR/PO creation and deal with Finance team for payment clearances
- Ensure due diligence, proper data management, monthly reporting, custodian of entire database
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the team members
Work Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree - Any Stream
Experience
- 1-5 years experience
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint etc
- High level of integrity
- Ability to perform duties that require a close attention to detail
