JOB OVERVIEW :
This job entails the role of key accounts manager to cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients, driving strategic planning and fostering internal collaboration for organization growth and success.
Create:
- Market research, market analysis, Business Development to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
- Pricing and profitability management to determine pricing strategies based on market conditions and profitability targets to optimize revenue and margins.
- Industry networking and Relationship Building, attend industry events to expand professional networks and enhance the company's visibility within the sector.
Nurture:
- The development and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serve as the primary point of contact, understand their needs, and foster long-term partnerships.
- The Customer relationship development.
- The Collaboration with team, work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve customer inquiries/issues.
Manage:
- Sales and targets, identify cross-selling opportunities, and work towards maximizing sales and profitability.
- Lead contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- CRM tools or other systems and up-to-date customer information and sales data.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in key account management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
