We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales to spearhead our efforts in expanding our presence in the corporate sector. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with C-Suite executives, Learning and Development (L&D) professionals, and decision-makers in client organizations. This is an individual contributor role that demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in Enterprise Sales.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise sector, specifically targeting GenAI, AI, ML, and related areas.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite executives, L&D professionals, and other key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Understand clients' business needs and challenges to position our learning and consulting solutions effectively.
Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of clients.
- Present and articulate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Market Research:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in the learning and consulting domain, with a focus on GenAI, AI, ML, or related areas.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the corporate learning and development landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
