Innova Solutions is seeking a Solutions Sales professional.The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive digital sales and build strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.• Driving digital sales such as cloud, app development, digital transformation, and managed services.• Responsible for overall performance of Sales in India.• Manage and own regional future planning, sales forecast, and budgeting process.• Establish high performing sales team for the region focused on growing the business through the maintenance and development of sales leads and opportunities.• Capable executive to take up the responsibility of a brand ambassador of the company for the region.• Capable of engaging the leaders and holding CXO level conversations and connects to help them achieve business objectives.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.• Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.• Drive partner led sales and build network for the region.
Requirements
• Experience in Solutions Sales with strong leadership skills in India Geography.• Good understanding of positioning capabilities and driving sales for the region.• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related quarterly and annual sales targets.• Competitive – results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to think strategically and lead and inspire the sales team of the region.• Understanding of solution-based landscapes and trends.
