Job Description:
Conduct end-to-end sales activities related to career development services.
Generate leads through cold calling, aiming for a minimum of 80-100 connections with a talk time of 2 hours.
Meet monthly targets and Key Result Areas (KRAs) set for sales performance.
Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasion.
Close sales deals by addressing client needs and objections.
