Job Description:
As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our dealership network. This position requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and a target-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Knowledge:
  • Utilize your knowledge of sales profiles to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Engage with potential clients, providing them with comprehensive information about our offerings.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Possess strong communication skills to interact with clients, dealers, and internal teams effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance the customer experience.
  • Target Orientation:
  • Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Work diligently to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Field Working:
  • Comfortably engage in fieldwork, visiting dealerships and potential clients as needed.
  • Conduct on-site visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A graduate degree or MBA in Marketing is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel as necessary.
