Job Description:
As a Dealer Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our dealership network. This position requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of sales processes, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Knowledge:
- Utilize your knowledge of sales profiles to effectively promote our products and services.
- Engage with potential clients, providing them with comprehensive information about our offerings.
- Communication Skills:
- Possess strong communication skills to interact with clients, dealers, and internal teams effectively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships to enhance the customer experience.
- Target Orientation:
- Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Field Working:
- Comfortably engage in fieldwork, visiting dealerships and potential clients as needed.
- Conduct on-site visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A graduate degree or MBA in Marketing is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve targets.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel as necessary.
