- Minimum 13+ years of total experience and 4+ of years’ experience in Solution Architecture around bigdata eco system tools and technologies.
- Must have a prior experience in handling minimum 3 data solutions into production as an Architect.
- Must have hands-on experience in solution design, data ingestion patterns for complex data analytic solutions.
- Should have hands on experience in Python, Spark, Hive, SQL, Azure etc.
- Developing and implementing a data strategy that is in line with business processes and approved enterprise architecture patterns. The strategy includes HLD, LLD, data model designs, database development standards, implementation and management of data lakes and data analytics solutions.
- Managing end-to-end data architecture, designing the technical architecture, designing DevOps strategy, and developing the data orchestration frameworks to finally testing and implementing the proposed solution.
- Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors for the smooth functioning of the enterprise data lake.
- Planning and execution of big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop and Azure Cloud
- Liaising with architecture review board to present data architecture and seek approval.
- Defining and managing the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization.
- Integrating technical functionality, ensuring data accessibility, accuracy, and security.
- Experience in approaching the solution technically, creating the solution options documents with pros and cons, design documents (all domains of architecture for data – infra for data, security and privacy for data etc.) – presenting them to technical governance board etc. Capacity planning for the platform. Also, someone who has experience on Cloudera or Hortonworks.
- Experience solutioning using Hortonworks or Cloudera is one of the must have skills.
