About the role:
- Design, development, delivery, and support of the US Securities Front and backoffice system.
- Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
- Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.

What you will be doing
- Builds out AI & ML capabilities in the team in conjunction with other application architects and key stakeholders to drive business value and improve team productivity through automation.
- Study the existing application architecture and framework.
- Create machine learning models that can assist with basic coding and development.
- Build models that can help with creation of unit and regression test cases of the code.
- Collaborate with developers and QA in the team to develop and test machine learning models.
- Develop Teams capability and knowledge including Tools Capability.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies including grooming, planning, stand-up, demos, and retrospectives.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 4+ years relative experience as an AI/ML engineer or architect.
- Strong knowledge and programming skills in Python, Scala and/or Java/Javascript.
- Experience with building and training machine learning models.
- Experience in running an Automation scripting.
- Experience with the CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience with Azure or AWS.
- Experience in Snowflake or Microsoft SQL Server databases or databricks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Working experience preferably in the financial services industry. Knowledge of end-to-end systems, development life cycles, i.e., Waterfall, Iterative, Agile and other modern approaches to software development. Experience of using project management tools like JIRA and Confluence etc
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
